First edition, being the first English translation of this collection of Hans Christian Andersen fairy tales. Featuring some of Andersens most beloved fairy tales including The Ugly Duckling, The Emperors New Clothes, The Nightingale, and (of course) The Little Mermaid, this wonderful collection features the early translation of Caroline Peachey.
