Born in a small fishing village in Lebanon, Edy Massih grew up eating and cooking alongside hisTeitas(grandmothers) Odette and Jacquo, who taught him the secret to delicious Lebanese food, including how to roll garlic labneh balls and bind homemade kibbeh by hand.
