Signed by the author, Margaret Rey, who with her husband, H.A. Rey, created Curious George.

Probable first edition, given the war-time quality of the paper used. Tired of being treated differently by his family just because he is spotted and the other rabbits are white, Spotty sets out on his own to seek acceptance. A book way ahead of its time!
